  1. There are not many old schools about Drogheda, but I found one story about this school which I am going to tell you.
    This school stood on the Drogheda Meath side in St. Marys Parish. It was an old stone building. It was a boys school and it was next door to where the Sisters of Mercy Convent now stands.
    It was knocked down about thirty years ago and a girls school which is now there was built. I do not know the name of any teachers that taught there, but I know that it was masters that taught there.
