  1. There are some relics in my district. Bu tthe ones I was told of are as follows.
    There is a big stone outside a house on the Cloughpatrick road about a half mile outside Drogheda. Saint Patrick is supposed to have prayed on this stone. The impression of his knees are still to be seen on it.
    Millmount which was built by Cromwell during his campaign in Ireland was used as a barrack. This building was blown up during the great war.
