  1. There are many people in my district who can forecast the weather.
    The weather changes very often, sometimes it is fine others wet and cold, people often say when they see a clouded sky that the day will be wet. When the sun is shining it is a sign of a fine day. The appearance of the sky when the clouds are heavy generally indicate what the weather will be like. When the sky is very red a storm is near.
    When birds are flying low it is a sign of hard cold weather and they are hungry. Another sign of cold weather is when the cat lies near
