  1. Toothache. The only cure for a toothache I know is to put a pinch of breadsoda in a glass of hot water and keep it in the side you have the pain. It takes the pain away for the time being.

  2. It was an old custom of the people if they had pains in their teeth to put sut and salt into the teeth and, mustard out side the jaw to take away the swelling.
