She walked on further and she met an other man. She asked him to cut a stick and he said that he would give her all she wanted. Then she wished him a bad wife. She went a long till she came to a farmers house. She asked for a cup of milk for the child, but she did not get it.
She came again to another farmer's house and asked for milk and the only drop the woman had she gave it to the Blessed Virgin. As she went to the doorway she saw a man dead on the table. When she was coming out the Blessed Virgin said to the child. We will raise the man from the dead.
