    America, and Scotland in former years.
    There are no hills in my townland, and it is good fertile land. There are three forts in it. One time a man cut a tree out of one of those forts. One night, as he was burning the wood, he was very much frightened, and the house began to shake over him, and he said there must be fairies in it, he took it out and left it in the fort again.
    He was no longer frightened.
