For the yellow jaundice get a little red herb that grows in the bog and boil it on milk and drink the milk. For warts people rubbed a snail to the wart and then hung the snail on a thorn and as he withered the warts disappeared. For the sprain spring water was thrown on it and certain prayers said.
Rose Gartlan of Carragartha has the cure of the trush. Mick Ward of Corduff has the cure of the sprain. John Oliver of Lisnafiddely has the cure of the whittoe and Tom Morgan of Raferagh has the cure for pleuresy.
