  1. Old Hags
    All old hags lived in moodwall houses and stone wall houses. There did not live many of them in my district some of the people would have eight cows and in times before the hags came on the world they could turn out forty two firkins of butter in two seasons and they did not count that very good return of butter.
    There were two hags in Cuilmore that I have knowledge of And there was another hag at the far end of Cuilmore. The hags at the far end of Cuilmore. The hags were supposed to have power from the devil and this was called witch craft.
    The persons of the household in which the witch lived would have only two stripper cows. And they could turn out twenty two firkins.
