    St, Kevin of Glendalough. Another saint connected with this abbey was St. Gorman There is a well nearby called "Cormac's Well" and up to forty years ago people performed a station in this well.
    There are inscriptions on some of the stones in Toomour Abbey and there are many kings and princes buried in it.
    The abbey was plundered and it is believed the bell belonging to it is buried in a bog nearby. The date of its destruction is not known.
