them. One of the boys said this one to you this one to me and so on until they were divided. Two men who were on their return home after playing cards heard the talk and they stood listening at the gate. When the boys had finished one of them said I think that is all now and the other boy said, but what about the two at the gate. The men thought it was themselves and they ran off as fast as they could. They told everyone they met that God and the devil were dividing souls in the graveyard. This graveyard is situated a short distance from the Garsten-Ballymote road. It is in the parish of Bunnimadden. It can be plainly seen from Clooreen road.
