    He climbed the mountain and brought with him a magic cap. When he reached the top he saw Grainne standing in her door. He saw the lighted candle and went up and threw it into the sea. Grainne was very angry and lifting up a mass of rock with her hands flung it after him but he flew away with the magic cap in his hand and the wicked witch was never heard of again. It is said that the place where she lifted the mass of rock the prints of her fingers can still be seen.
