    at home. This herb is harmful as well as "Red Shank". In spread rapidly also and it also like "Red Shank" impoverishes the soil. It grows in big bunches here and there especially in wet places. It is said that when a person gets stung with a nettles that if he would get a "Dalkin" leaf and rub it hard to the stung part that it would pain him no longer. The "Dalkin" are sometimes cut and they are cut up very fine and this is mixed with other food and this is then given to pigs to eat.
