   1. Nettles are good for young or old turkeys, for young chickens, or for hens. 2. Dock-leaves, are good for hens. Mix them with clarendo. This mixture is the best you could get for them to make lay well. 3. Dandelion, Give it to turkeys for the first four days mixed with oaten meal. It would also cure siatica. 4. The robin-run-the-hedge; It is good for big turkeys or for hens or ducks.

   There is a blessed well in a field in Dalystown. it is owned by a rich man named Mr O'Farrell. in olden times there lived in Abbey a great a Saint named Lirnín. he threw a stone and it fell on that field where a blessed well sprung up and it was called CorracLirnín. the field is also called after him. there are special cures in that well. there is a stone by it
