    ago. There is one old man living in the village. He is eighty six years of age. His name is Michael Burke, Monksfield, Craughwell, Co. Galway. He can tell no story in English or in Irish. Twenty years ago there were ninteen houses in the village but now there is only six houses in it and there are four of them in ruins.
