    plentiful. Long ago most of families were all shoemakers and some of the shoemakers went to school for to learn to be a shoemaker.
    My mother told me in olden times when the men and women were going to their work they used to wash their feet in a place called Peak's hole.
    Long ago they used to tan leather in a place called Quigley's yard and they have stopped about thirty years ago. I do not know who tanned the leather or where the men came from.
