First a scraw about 2'=6" long, 2'=3"wide, and 6" deep is cut. The scraw is then carefully taken into a barn or out-office where the creels can be made. A bog scraw or a tough scraw is the most suitable, and it needs to be a little larger in size than the creel. Then three rods are placed standing upright in each of the four corners in a bit from the verge; eight each side in twos at an equal distance apart, and six in each end in twos also.
