  1. I have been in the Harvest Fair for the past five years and I have seen a lot of tinkers, gipsies and tramps there. The tinkers were selling tins and other small articles such as badges and brooches. The gipsies were standing at the entrance of the back street, selling lace and mats. The tramps were travelling up and down the street begging money and telling ladies’ fortunes for a few pence.
