  2. Boys and girls often make little toys and amusements in their homes. Nearly every boy made a crib to catch a bird sometime or other. This is how those cribs are made by most boys. At first four sticks, each about an inch wide, are procured. Of these a square is made. Then a piece of cord is necessary. Having tied this at opposite corners it must be crossed by another cord tied at the other corners. Each cord must be about one yard long. Then some
