    Castle and on to Castlebar.
    They are all still in use. They were made as relief work during the Famine. Wemon were drawing stones on their backs all day and breaking them. They used to get a shilling a day. There are some old paths in my district. There is an old one leading through the farm, along the lake and out to Cullonaughton. There is and old mountain path leading from Cullonaughton , out through the bog, and on to Foxford. In Summer boys and girls gather together and go to the cross-roads, and they dance and sing there.
