  1. We have a churn at home. It is called the "end-over end". The churn is two feet high. And the frame is three feet high. It is three feet wide in the bottom and top. The parts of our churn at the frame and the barrel. Butter is made twice a week in summer. And butter is made once a week in winter. The people of the house that make the churning. It was a custom long ago, if a visitor would come in whilst the churning was being made he would have to give a helping hand. Because it is said that he would bring the butter.
