  1. This is a very small village consisting of three houses. It is situated along a by-road that goes through the village. Two of the houses are thatched and one is slated.
    The land is fairly bad, but the bog is convenient, there are scarcely any trees, but there is a lot of brush-wood. The name Garryhill got its name from a rough-wood.
