  2. On the Skeagh Estate no timber could be felled or removed. At the back of the house now occupied by informant Frank McIntyre of Skeagh there was a small plantation of twelve trees planted by his Grandfather Peter McIntyre. During his father's time and when Frank was a child a high wind knocked five of the trees--some of them falling on a shed at the end of the house. The father (late John Patrick) and the boy Frank were on their way to the saw mill to have the timber sawn when they met the Bailif -- Stronge.
