  1. Herbs were used very extensively in olden days for baslms. The herbs usually thrive in bogs & others grow through walls. Marshmallow cures sprains. Thyme, sage & mint chopped & mixed up through luke warm water & give one teaspoonful of it through milk to a sick person every day.
