When those people got up from their beds they would go out working for a few hours before their breakfast and they were healthier than the people nowadays. When people long ago made bread they had no ovens. The put the cake on a tongs on the fire to fire. Some of the people used to go out hunting and never came home without bringing something. The farmers grew their own wheat and ground it so as to make bread from it.
