  1. About two years ago Pat Mulready and Tom McInerney went to Pat Keegan's house in Ballysheen to buy turnips from him. It was about eleven o clock when they were returning home. As they were passing Ievers' House, they heard the banshee crying near it. The next day they heard that young Mr. Ievers was killed in India.
