  1. Once upon a time a man was riding a horse down a road and it was twelve o'clock at night. He had to pass the fort at Drummath when he was passing he looked into the fort. He saw a tree in the fort and it was covered with withered leaves and it was covered on the ground with leaves and he saw six little men sitting on toadstools round the tree. They were playing bag pipes. Then a ball of red light appeared in the tree. Then they went away in the air. Soon after he heard sweet ringing in the air. When he went home he told the story to his people. They told him never to go out late at night again.
