  1. There are lots of forts in this district where the fairies are supposed to live in. There is one in Mr Kierans field, it is situated on a hill about a quarter of a mile fromthe main road. There is a big big ditch around it to prevent cattle from going into it. It is said that the fairies play football in a field near the fort.
    There is another fort in Mr McGoughs, the play football in this fort also and it is that they cross from one fort to the other at night.
    There is a mound in Mr Kings field
