    and the nest is so small that it can scarecly be seen. The magpie's nest is made with thorns in a leafless tree or hedge.
    The weather can be judged by the behaviour of certain birds. It is by their flight that the weather is judged. There is a story told about the robin. It is said that the robin was trying to take the nails out of our Saviour's body when he was hanging on the cross. Some blood got on its breast and that is why a robin's breast is always red.
