  1. The names of the landlords who had land in this parish were H. V. MacNamara, General Gore and Lady Fitzpatrick.
    Those landlords were for years in the place. These landlords were very bad at one time, if the people were not paying their rent and rate they would be put out of their houses. The landlords were very strict on the tenants.
    The rent my father had to pay long ago was twenty one pounds, sixteen shillings, and the rent that is on it now is eight pounds ten shillings.
