    about a foot, and the height of the walls about 6'. In the field where the Kiln was, there was a shop and a fort. About forty years ago Martin Gleeson removed away the fort and he died after removing it away. About thirty years ago my father removed away the Kiln and the shop. The shop, and the Kiln, and the fort were situated on a height on the field. The fort could be seen for miles around.
