  1. Long ago when people started to use bread first it was almost made from of the shells of wheat which at that time was called bran. When the people sent their wheat to the mill all the flour was kept and sent to other countries or bought by the gentry, and the shell of the wheat was ground for the owner.
    At that time the bread was mixed in a pan called a "Neder" and wet with skimmed milk or sometimes with milk and water that got sour. It was a old custom in this locality to make the bread after
