  1. Travelling folk still call at our home. The same people have been doing so for many years. Those who travel on foot are generally very poor. Those who have more money have vans. They sell small articles such as artificial flowers, small tables, and collar pins.
    People buy from them. They obtain their supplies in the shops in the towns. These travellers are generally very welcome, because they sing songs and tell stories. They are not allowed to remain longer than a night in the same place.
