  1. Churning
    We have a churn at home.
    There are round sides on it. it is twelve years old. The different parts are - The lid, dash for churning milk, handle for twisting dash, screw for holding the handle. We churn once a week.
    it is supposed that there was a woman in this district years ago called honor Dolan. This woman had one cow and this cow was very thin. She used to go into Creggs (every week) and sell lbs and lbs of butter while her neighbours who had five or six cows each had only enough butter to do themselves. It is supposed that she got a hand off a dead
