- The wild birds which are most commonly found in my district are Crows, Blackbirds, Thrushes, Robins, Sparrows Starlings, Swallows, Larks, Lady-climbers, Yellow-hammers, wild Pigeons, Corn-crakes, Cuckoos, Jackdaw, "Judie the bog", Magpies, Wrens, Finches and the Cranes. The birds that go away from us in the Winter are the swallows, the cuckoo, the corn-crakes, and the starling and they come again in the Summer.
