Ar an leathanach seo
- There was a well in the parish of Killinkere, in the townland of Corratirure on a field of Peter McCabe's. This well was know as St. Ultan's well but there is no water in it now. It is said that a woman washed clothes in the well and it went dry. There never came a drop of water in it since.
The Rev. Father Small when he was a curate in Killinkere used to have a procession to the well each year. St. Ultan only travelled through Killinkere. This is the only well I know of in the parish.
- This is another St. Ultan's well situated in the twonland of Carrick-na-mada and in the parish of Killinkere amid rocks and at the Ballyjamesduff road end of the Waterloo lane.
There is no patron to this well at present. It is supposed that in the(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile) - Bailitheoir
