  1. There is a pace in Crosserlough Co Cavan where a priest celebrated Mass during the Penal times. There is a hollow running for a quarter of a mile surrounded by hills. In this place there is a spring well and a very old bush beside it. It is said that in this place Mass was celebrated. From that day it is called the Mass bush.
