    When the cattle take the hill-top you may be sure of rain, or when the swallows fly low in Summer. When the backs of frogs get black and when they snore in the ditches it is another sign of rain.
    A rainbow on a Saturday evening is a sign of the coming week being showery.
    When the ants start flying it is a sign of bad weather.
    When the clouds are crudely it is another sign of rain.
    You may be sure of good weather when the goats are high on the hill or when the swallows are flying high.
    When the sounds of factory horns are heard from a long distance or when the chapel bells are heard
