    in the front there is a big flag and anyone who wants to get to the well has to go under the flag to get in.They have to go round the well and when they come to the flag they make the sign of the cross on it, and goes round again and says six "Our Fathers" and six "Hail Marys" which doing so.. At one side of it there is a big bush and everone when going round well stands at this bush and prays.
    They may go round the well as many times as the like. Then they go to the water and rubs it to a sore or to the eyes. Then before they leave the wwell they get a small particle of their clothing and hangs it on the trembles of a big bush which hangs over the well.
    They believe this is in honour of St Brigid to whom the well belongs It is said she blessed it and it cured many people for from different
