    Then the Priest read from a book three times and each time he called the dead man's name. When the name was called the third time the dead man came up through the floor and the Priest asked him where he was. "I'm in Hell" answered the dead man, so the Priest proved that the gentleman was in Hell.

  2. One time a man was after coming home from a great war. His father was old and feeble and after some time he died. The son was wasting his money on drink and the priest met him one day and asked him what was he spending his money for and why could he not get a Mass said for his father who was dead. The man said he would see about it.
    In about a week after the priest met the young man again and asked him had he made up his mind. The son said that if his father were in Heaven
