    The way "boxty" is made is first the potatoes are washed and peeled, and then grated. Afterwards, there are boiled potatoes, currants, salt, sugar, flour and milk put along with the grated potatoes and they are all mixed together. After that they are baked on a pan or in an oven.
    When they are baked there is butter put on them, and they can be eaten then. A lot of people like boxty. It is very easily made.
