    Nearly every body were members of the Land League the membership cards are to be had yet. The front of the cards are coloured green and yellow, and written round the sides and "Ireland for Irish" Down with Landlordism" "Keep firm grip on your home steds "The land for the people. On the back of the cards are the aims of the League and what the members should do.
    In this district an eviction was about to take place but the farmers from about defended it with grapes fork's etc. and it failed to be evicted.
