    God bless Friday and good Friday too.
    The day our Saviour was crucified
    The Jews passed by with a sharp spear in their hands
    They pierced so sharp, they pierced our Saviour through the heart
    His precious blood began to flow
    His tender Mother standing by with loath heart and despied cry
    Note
    Any one who says this prayer three times a day or night need not fear death or danger or any deadly sin for into the gates of Hell their souls shall never enter in.
    Father we thank thee for the light
    The blessed morning light
    For rest and food and loving care
    And all that makes the world so fair
    Help us to do the things we should
    To be to others kind and good
    And all we do, And all we say
