The dogs course in pairs each wears a collar. One dog has a red collar and the other a white collar. The dog with the red collar is slipped on the left hand side. When a course is decided, the "Judge" waves a flag of a similar colour to the collar worn by the winner.
People are very sorry when coursing is over because the day of coursing is very nice. Some of the people that go to the coursing make a lot(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
