    Halloween - Apples and nuts are eaten on hallow'een. Children play bob-apple, burning nuts and looking for money in a tub of water. People eat barm brack with a ring in it. Whoever gets the ring will be married first. Water clay and salt are put on three saucers and the person is blind-folded. Whoever touches the water goes across the (?) before next Hallowe'en. Whoever touches the clay will be dead before next Hallowe'en and Whoever touches
