    wood boiled and drink the tea every-day
    For coughs and colds - Sage boiled well and drink the tea. It is also used with vinegar as a gargle for sore throat.
    For coughs and colds - Caraigini-moss boiled and mixed with milk and drink when hot.
    For rheumatism, colds and purifying the blood - Dock leaf, boil it and drink it. Some people when it seeds gather the seed of it and keep it for the cattle in Winter when they have coughs.
    For indigestion and the heart - Centuary, gather it and boil it in milk.
    For sore eyes - Eye bright, squeeze the juice out of it and put it on the eyes.
    For whittle, heat some chickweed on a plate and put it on the sore.
    For poulticing sprains etc. - Chickweed, heat it and apply in the ordinary way.
    For heart trouble, eat horse radish
