Near old Kilcorney Graveyard Banteer, Co. Cork. there is a field known as the Enchanted Field. It got this strange name because when men went to plough it something happened either to the ploughman or the horses.
The last time this field was ploughed it was done with a tractor and Michael Buckley, Rathcoole, Millstreet, Co. Cork, who was on the tractor was killed.
