    implements the tailor uses are, needles, thread, scissors, tape, chalk and a thimble.
    In former times shirts were made at home but they are not now. They used to be made of linen. Socks and stockings are made locally, they are knitted by hand and by machines but the thread is not spun at home. There are no spinning wheels in the district.
