  1. Long ago most people had three meals every day. These meals were, breakfast, dinner and supper. The people usually worked every morning before eating their breakfast.
    The breakfast consisted of milk and 'stirabout' which was made of Indian meal. The dinner consisted chiefly of milk and potatoes and salt. The people usually had the same kind of food for their supper and breakfast.
