    The old man said you shouldn't build a wall in Winter nor a ditch in Summer.
    Ill-got, ill-gain.

    Dont do today what you will be sorry for tomorrow.
    Despise school and remain a fool.
    Smooth waters run deep.
    The longest way round is the nearest way home.
    There's many a slip 'twixt the cup and the lip.
    A stitch in time saves nine.
    Two heads are better than one.
    Dont trust a silent dog nor a silent person.
    Make hay while the sun shines.
    Strike while the iron is red.
    Take the ball on the hop.
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
    Time and tide wait for no man.
    Time is the best almanac.
    Dont build your house on sand.
    Dont throw out the dirty water till the clean water is in.
    Many hands make light work.
    You never miss the water till the well runs dry.
    As long as the bucket goes to the well the bottom falls out of it.
    You can't whistle and eat meal.
