- The name of the townland in which I am living is called Ballygrisane and it is in the parish of Carrigaline and in the barony of Kerrycurrihy. There are five families in the townland and there are about twenty three people in it. All the houses are slated. The houses were more numerous in former times than they are now.(continues on next page)
